Clients, certifiers and insurers increasingly want to see how a building was actually built, not just that someone signed for it. In England the Building Safety Act put that duty on dutyholders for higher-risk buildings. In Ireland the same pressure runs through BCAR and ancillary certification. The buildings that forced the change were not short of paperwork. They were short of the links between it all. That is the part Bildex is built to hold.
